Caring for your piece
Simple habits, lasting beauty.
Wash gently, by hand
Wipe with a soft, damp cloth and mild soap. Dry thoroughly. Never soak, and never use a dishwasher — the heat and prolonged water aren't kind to natural wood or resin.
Keep it out of harsh heat
Resin softens with high heat, so use trivets for hot pans and keep pieces away from ovens, stovetops, and long, direct sunlight.
Feed the wood
Every few weeks, a little food-safe wood conditioner or mineral oil keeps the timber nourished and the finish looking its best.
Handle with a little care
Each piece is made by hand and made for years of use. A gentle touch helps the wood and resin keep their warmth and finish.

Are the pieces food-safe?
Yes — serving pieces are finished with food-safe resin and sealants and are made for serving cheese, fruit, bread, and grazing spreads. We recommend serving on the surface rather than cutting directly on it, so the finish stays beautiful.
How much does a piece cost?
Ready-to-ship pieces show their price on each product page, with shipping included. Made-to-order and bespoke pieces are quoted individually — message us and we'll share an all-inclusive price based on your materials and size.
How long do made-to-order pieces take?
Most commissions are ready within 2–4 weeks, depending on size, finish, and curing time. We'll always confirm a realistic timeline before beginning.
Do you ship, and where?
Yes. Shipping is included with every piece across India. Each order is carefully packed to travel safely; message us for delivery timelines to your city.
Can I request a custom or personalised piece?
Absolutely — it's a big part of what we do. Choose the wood, resin colour, botanicals, and size, then add details such as a name, initials, date, short message, or an occasion-led palette. We'll advise on what will work beautifully for the piece. Start on the Bespoke page.
Why does my piece look slightly different from the photo?
Because it's handmade. Every pour of resin and placement of a petal is unique, so slight variations in colour and pattern are part of the artistry — no two pieces are ever exactly alike.
What if my piece arrives damaged?
We pack every order with great care, but if anything arrives damaged, message us within 48 hours with a photo and we'll make it right.
